How It Works

Without a common unit of value, every trade starts a negotiation. Both sides anchor differently, neither wants to overpay, and the whole thing collapses before it starts.
Informal agreements have no enforcement layer. When someone delivers late or not at all, there is no recourse — just a damaged relationship and wasted time.
Previous trades leave no record. Reputation is invisible. Someone who consistently delivers well looks identical to someone who consistently flakes.
Without defined deliverables, scope creep is inevitable. One side ends up giving far more than agreed, resents the exchange, and refuses to do it again.
Every trade uses a consistent credit system. Both sides agree on the value upfront using a shared reference — no more anchoring fights or silent resentment.
Larger exchanges break into defined stages. Credits release incrementally as each stage is completed and confirmed — reducing the risk on both sides.
Both parties confirm delivery before credits clear. Completion is logged. A member's track record builds over time and becomes visible to the community.
Deliverables are scoped before work begins. What is included — and what is not — is agreed in writing. No surprises, no scope creep, no ambiguity.
